Our filters have been tested to assure that they will perform according to the published specifications for each product. As long as you are using the filter for the same application as your present brand, it should perform equally well or even better. 10. What are your freight terms? All orders will be shipped FOB the factory. You do have the option of choosing the carrier as long as you are paying the freight. Otherwise, we will choose the best carrier for the products and delivery requirements of your order. 11. What if I need filters in an emergency situation? How quickly can you respond? We will do our absolute best to respond to your needs. We maintain an inventory of the frequently used products. However, we are unable to carry all products in inventory at all times. Should you have an emergency requirement for a filter that is not in stock, we will manufacture and ship it to you as quickly as possible.
